Our roots stretch back to 1962 when Mr Demetrios K Kounnis, our current chairman commenced practising under the style of D K Kounnis & Co.
The firm was operating under this style until January 1995 when it acquired A P Freeman & Co and the firm was renamed Kounnis Freeman. On 1st June 2001 Kounnis And Partners came into existence having been incorporated on the 25th April 2001.
We have a long history of involvement with family businesses and our tradition has always been one of excellence and commitment to high standards and quality service.
For over 50 years we have positioned ourselves to provide our clients with swift, constructive and practical business advice to assist them in developing their businesses. We place great emphasis on building long-standing and mutually beneficial relationships with our clients.

On 21 December 2021, Chancellor of the Exchequer, Rishi Sunak, unveiled a £1 billion COVID-19 fund, including cash grants of up to £6,000 per premises for each eligible firm.
HMRC has reminded self assessment taxpayers to declare any COVID-19 grant payments on their 2020/21 tax return.
HMRC is waiving late filing and late payment penalties for self assessment taxpayers for one month.
